This particular treatment is very specific in relation to any sport, it also has a lot more pressure in techniques, as we need to go to the deeper muscles that are usually hidden away.
Can treat clients as an individual athlete, or in a team environment, to help them get their bodies in the right condition, to achieve and do the best that they are capable of doing.
This treatment is specific to areas that is needed by the client. Focus on a particular area of the body with techniques to release the soft tissue.Â
