The team are very committed and passionate, full of experience in a wide variety of sports to help all teams do, what they do best.

The teams we currently work with, and have worked with in the past are as follows:

One NZ Warriors, travelling NRL teams, International Rugby League, 2021 Women's Rugby World Cup, South Africa Spring Boks, Super 15 Rugby, ANZ Championship Netball, Breakers Basketball, Wellington Phoenix Football, UK Super League(Wigan Warriors & Warrington Wolves also club sports teams in our local areas in sports like Softball, Football and more.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

This particular treatment is very specific in relation to any sport, it also has a lot more pressure in techniques, as we need to go to the deeper muscles that are usually hidden away.

Can treat clients as an individual athlete, or in a team environment, to help them get their bodies in the right condition, to achieve and do the best that they are capable of doing.

Therapeutic Massage

This treatment is specific to areas that is needed by the client. Focus on a particular area of the body with techniques to release the soft tissue.
